Our Price Promise:          

We’ll match a competitor’s price.

1.  Price promise requests must be made at the time of sale, the purchase must take place within the promotional period advertised by the competitor and must still be available at that price from the competitor.
2.   Please present proof of competitor pricing e.g. mailer, quote, website listing (current and dated) at your local store for verification and ensure all Price Promise Terms and Conditions are satisfied as outlined below.
3.   Product must be the exact same make, model and colour, including being a brand new product and must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s store at the time of the Price Promise request.
4.   Price Promise does not apply to:
a) any product(s) redeemed from SlideShop in (or in partial) satisfaction of an insurance claim or third-party redemption scheme
b) any Finance products offered by the business – as a form of payment
c) any Services products or services offered by the business.
5.   Price Promise applies only to regular, in-stock product offered for sale from a New Zealand retail home appliance dealer. Excludes limited quantities, clearance, localised events with special event pricing (such as Home Show), trade quotes, stock liquidations/liquidators, commercial quantities and parallel imported products. New Zealand retailer website product offers will be considered where the product meets all relevant criteria.
6.   Price Promise does not include typographical errors.
7.   Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any additional SlideShop or competitor product offers such as bonus product or promotional finance offers.
8.   Price Promise applies where the other store’s final price, exclusive of delivery, taxes, fees and charges, is lower than our price.
9.   The SlideShop Store reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price.

This Price Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to SlideShop stores usual terms and conditions of trade.
